Yup, we’re still finishing up the food stuff for the party tomorrow. Anita found this awesome recipe that turns popcorn, brown sugar, Karo syrup, and butter into the most amazing movie style caramel popcorn you’ve ever had. Now its not exactly like walking up to the counter at your local movie theater and ordering yourself a bag but it’s not something that takes a weeks worth of planning either. The hardest part is the fact that our oven is demented and in order to turn it from yummy but chewy into perfect crunchy caramel corn you’ve got to throw it in the oven and bake it for a bit – turning it like every ten seconds or you end up with charcoal. Anyways, we were really impressed that this turned out well too. Pictures below as usual.
