Texas Roadhouse – Kuwaiti Style…

No, actually, its the real Texas Roadhouse out at the Avenues.  They had real sweet tea, USDA beef, and more Americans working in a single place I’ve seen in Kuwait outside of the military installations!  The steak was excellent, a bit on the waaaaaay too pricey side, but absolutely delicious.  Even tho it was a soft opening, Bill got us in here too, they brought the bill to simulate payment and I’m pretty sure my 16oz ribeye was in the 22-23KD range which would put that bad boy right at $70-$80 dollars.  I love a good steak as much if not more than the next guy but that’s a bit prohibitive if you ask me.  All in all they did a great job so I hope I’m remembering the prices incorrectly and the next time we go I don’t fall out of the booth!

The sign right out front…
This was way early (before 7PM) and the crowds were already growing…
Looks like a Texas Roadhouse…
Appropriate memorabilia and everything…
The birthday saddle… not going anywhere near there on my birthday…
