Resolution #2

As I may have mentioned here before one of my resolutions this year was to keep this little blog a bit more up to date.  So far I’m doing pretty well along those lines.  My other resolution this year was to loose between one and two kilograms a week.  I’m a big fan of the metric system so we’re sticking with kilograms and besides when I convert it into pounds for everyone else the number is much more impressive and I get those ‘wow, he’s good with numbers like Rainman’ looks.  So, in what I hope will remain a weekly part of our little online updates I’m very happy to report that in my first week of recorded exercise and dieting I dropped 2.4Kg!  Surpassed my goal by 20%!  I don’t think that that kind of weight loss is in any way sustainable (if it is by year’s end I’ll weigh less than my dog) but am hoping that the first month will be a bit dramatic and then settle down for the rest of the year.  Check back next week for more on the continuing saga of the incredible vanishing Stew…
