Well we didn’t get things worked out where we could have Tom back over before he was supposed to leave at the end of September. Fortunately, his trip got extended a week and he very graciously agreed to spend his last night in Kuwait cooking for us again! And this time the pics didn’t disappear into the ether.
This time around we had New York Strip Steaks in a pepper cream sauce, roasted cauliflower & capers, endive asiago salad with a lemon honey vinaigrette, and Janet’s famous blueberry cobbler with homemade ice cream. To say we ate well would be akin to saying I am mildly irritated by communists. Dinner was amazing.
