Dinner at Sydney’s Cafe

It seems that Sydney’s culinary empire has expanded to Cyprus and we were invited to a private showing of the newest cafe. It was a sunset dinner in the courtyard and word has it that Sydney flew in to set the stage herself! Thinks started with a nice blush wine and a fairly traditional antipasti. The main course was an Asian inspired teriyaki glazed pork and beef skewers served with a side of roasted vegetable (two types of zucchini, onion, and potato. An elegantly simple berries and cream dish rounded everything off for dinner. Outside of the grill work Sydney handled everything all on her own – fairly impressive – even for a world traveling 9 year old!

What a delicious meal I hope she will expand world wide! Your walk-about looked like so much fun and the whole area is beautiful! Love you!

We’re not sure what her exact plans are but maybe she can be talked into opening up a branch in Columbus!
