BOO!

Halloween 2010!

It’s that time of year again folks – Halloween has hit Kuwait.  And by Kuwait I mean our downstairs.  One of the local grocery stores puts out Halloween candy and the Pottery Barn Kids store had some stuff out but the morality police frown on that so there’s not much in the way of Halloween here like there is at home.  We do it up at the house and after being kept up past midnight by my buzzer being beat on during Gurgian I’m pretty sure that we may try our hand at trick-or-treating this year too!  Well, we’ll probably settle for the Halloween Disco (yes disco) at the school next weekend.  Not sure why it’s the weekend before the weekend before Halloween but I’m sure it has something to do with the Brits putting it on.  Syd’s going as everyone’s favorite intergalactic princess – Princess Leia! I’m a little sketchy on the details but I’m sure I’ll have more on that next weekend.  Anyways, we got all of the Halloween buckets out of the warehouse early in the week but didn’t get around to putting anything up until the weekend.  But as you’ll see in the next post we had guests this weekend and had to get everything up before that happened.  So, here it is – Villa Al Godwin – Halloween 2010.

Spooky graveyard...
Headstones popping up everywhere...
A warning to would be trespassers...
The TV cabinet...
Frank lounging
The horse...
Living room...
Jack-o-lantern Jars...
Dining room table...
Dining room...
What's your poison?
Halloween stairs...
The bathroom - normal lighting...
The bathroom - black light!
Kitchen - AKA Syd's Gallery
Creepy hand in a bowl...
Frank's corner...
Spooky jack-o-lantern...
Halloween everywhere...
Bubbly cauldron!
Syd's space - decorated it herself...

  1. The house looks awesome, so I think you guys should host game night this month. How does Friday the 29th work for you??

    A girl can dream……

  2. Once again, sir, you have out down yourself. Too bad we can’t shoot by for a game night. I will bring the pork!

    Miss you guys.
